  • 1. How many hours of interview will I need?
     

    Every story is different, but most of our clients are surprised how much ground we can cover in an hour. We recommend getting started with a free consultation.

  • 2. Could I do this myself with a camera phone?
     

    We recommend you record your story as soon as possible, even if that means getting started yourself. Our Biography Booth offers state-of-the-art filmmaking equipment, lighting, and sound recording to ensure that your footage is the best it can be. Interviews are conducted by a trained and experienced interviewer, ensuring you capture the all the color, character, and detail that makes for a compelling keepsake.

  • 3. What should I wear?
     

    Make yourself comfortable, but avoid black or white clothing, if possible, and avoid overly detailed patterns that might distract a viewer.

  • 4. What can I do with the video once its completed?
     

    We deliver your video in the highest-quality format possible on high-quality digital media storage, so its future-proof and ready to use for a full-length motion picture, if desired. Most of our clients prefer to use the footage for family celebrations, memorial services, and at the holidays, and can be played back on any computer or digital media device. Our larger packages also include social media clips, which are shorter clips (2-3 minutes) formatted in a smaller size, perfect for emailing to friends and family or sharing online.
