I spent all day yesterday digging through the archives at Herrick District Library in Holland, Michigan. My hands are dirty and my dress is dusty, but I found dozens of articles and info dating back to the 1800s to present about my Life Story client and her family. Local libraries are truly a treasure trove of local history and great librarians are happy to assist with a search!
